Cayetano Is At Fault, But Where Is The Special Envoy On OFW Concerns?

Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Allan Peter Cayetano is in hot water following the left and right controversies regarding the domestic helpers’ problems in Kuwait, but the man who supposed to be “concerned” about OFW concerns  have long been out of the picture.

Yes, may kakulangan si Cayetano dahil nga inexperienced sya at puro bunganga na lang ang naririnig natin (typical of Cayatano), but isn’t it right that the person whom President Rodrigo Duterte appointed as special envoy to OFW concerns should be at least held accountable, or at least give a statement about that Kuwait incident?

Mr. Duterte appointed a very popular man way back on February to serve as special envoy to OFW concerns but nobody knows what exactly that man is doing with his job until now despite surging OFW problems in Kuwait.

Since this person will serve (according to the appointment papers) until January 2019, malamang  wala tayong makikitang result unless he will offer his resignation. Not accepting compensation is not an excuse – nag volunteer ka pa.
